Musarrat Misbah as Chief Guest in UCP
University of Central Punjab invited Masarrat Misbah as chief guest in an event celebrating Mother’s Day. She highlighted the importance and value of mother and child relationship. As a founder mother of Depilex Smileagain Foundation she felt proud that she was playing the role of a mother for the victims of acid and kerosene burns. The girls sheltered at her home, medically treated, vocationally trained and socially rehabilitated are her daughters and there is a bond of love between them. She can truly feel the agony of a mother whose daughter is victimized. However, she feels proud that her girls have bravely faced the challenge and many of them are leading normal life and earning to support their families. She appealed to the audience to join hands with DSF to build social pressure against this crime.
